　　兼有單、雙座閥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。主要有：

It has the advantages of both single and double seat valves. Mainly including:

　　1)穩(wěn)定性好。因用閥塞節(jié)流代替閥芯閥座節(jié)流，而閥塞設(shè)有平衡孔可減少介質(zhì)作用在閥塞上的不平衡力。同時(shí)套筒與閥塞間導(dǎo)向面大，加之不平衡力變化小，因此不易引起閥芯振動(dòng)。

1) Good stability. Because valve plug throttling is used instead of valve core and valve seat throttling, and the valve plug is equipped with a balance hole to reduce the unbalanced force of the medium acting on the valve plug. At the same time, the guiding surface between the sleeve and the valve plug is large, and the change in unbalanced force is small, so it is not easy to cause valve core vibration.

　　2)互換性和通用性強(qiáng)。只要更換套筒就可得到不同的流量系數(shù)和不同的流量特性。

2) Strong interchangeability and versatility. By replacing the sleeve, different flow coefficients and flow characteristics can be obtained.

　　3)允許壓差大，熱膨脹影響小。帶平衡孔的套筒閥的平衡原理和雙座閥一樣，因此許用壓差大。又由于套筒、閥塞采用同一種材料制成，溫度變化引起的膨脹基本一致。

3) Allow for a large pressure difference and minimal impact of thermal expansion. The balance principle of sleeve valves with balance holes is the same as that of double seat valves, so the allowable pressure difference is large. Due to the fact that the sleeve and valve plug are made of the same material, the expansion caused by temperature changes is basically the same.

　　4)套筒提供的節(jié)流窗口有開大口和打小孔(噴射型)兩種。后者有降噪、減振作用，進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)即成專門的低噪音閥。

4) The sleeve provides two types of throttling windows: large opening and small hole punching (spray type). The latter has noise reduction and vibration reduction effects, and further improvements can be made to form specialized low-noise valves.

　　適用于閥前后壓差大，噪音要求低的場(chǎng)合。

Suitable for situations with large pressure difference before and after the valve and low noise requirements.
