Function:

　　改善閥的靜態(tài)特性：通過噴嘴-擋板系統(tǒng)及放大器的作用，閥門定位器可以克服閥桿的摩擦和消除調(diào)節(jié)閥不平衡力的影響，保證閥門位置按調(diào)節(jié)器發(fā)出的信號正確定位。

Improving the static characteristics of the valve: Through the nozzle baffle system and amplifier, the valve locator can overcome the friction of the valve stem and eliminate the impact of unbalanced force on the regulating valve, ensuring that the valve position is correctly positioned according to the signal emitted by the regulator.

　　改善閥的動態(tài)特性：減小時間常數(shù)，使閥的一階滯后特性得到改善，提高響應速度。

Improve the dynamic characteristics of the valve: reduce the time constant, improve the first-order hysteresis characteristic of the valve, and increase the response speed.

　　改變閥的流量特性：通過改變反饋凸輪的形狀，可以改變閥的線性、快開等百分比流量特性。

　　大壓差場合：通過提高氣源壓力增大執(zhí)行機構的輸出力，克服液體對閥芯產(chǎn)生的不平衡力，減小行程誤差。

In situations with large pressure differences: By increasing the air source pressure and increasing the output force of the actuator, the unbalanced force generated by the liquid on the valve core is overcome, and the stroke error is reduced.

　　高溫、高壓、低溫、有毒、易燃、易爆介質(zhì)：防止對外泄漏，克服閥桿與填料間的摩擦力。

High temperature, high pressure, low temperature, toxic, flammable, and explosive media: To prevent external leakage and overcome the friction between the valve stem and packing.

　　粘性流體或含固體懸浮物介質(zhì)：克服介質(zhì)對閥桿移動的阻力。

Viscous fluid or medium containing solid suspension: Overcoming the resistance of the medium to the movement of the valve stem.

　　大口徑調(diào)節(jié)閥：增大執(zhí)行機構的輸出推力。

Large caliber regulating valve: Increase the output thrust of the actuator.

　　長距離控制信號傳遞：克服控制信號的傳遞滯后，改善閥門的動作反應速度。

Long distance control signal transmission: Overcoming the transmission delay of control signals and improving the action response speed of valves.

　　簡介： 閥門定位器是調(diào)節(jié)閥的主要附件，通常與氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥配套使用。它接受調(diào)節(jié)器的輸出信號，然后以輸出信號去控制氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥。閥桿的位移通過機械裝置反饋到閥門定位器，閥位狀況通過電信號傳給上位系統(tǒng)。

Introduction: Valve locator is the main accessory of regulating valve, usually used in conjunction with pneumatic regulating valve. It receives the output signal from the regulator and then controls the pneumatic regulating valve with the output signal. The displacement of the valve stem is fed back to the valve locator through a mechanical device, and the valve position status is transmitted to the upper system through an electrical signal.
