氣動閥門的維護方法

1、在拆卸氣動閥之前，應排空氣缸內的液體，并釋放閥內的介質壓力;如果介質為高溫、高壓、易燃、易爆、有毒或腐蝕性介質，則要將其移除，以防止人員和設備受傷。
1. Before disassembling the pneumatic valve, drain the liquid in the air cylinder and release the medium pressure in the valve; If the medium is high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive, it shall be removed to prevent injury to personnel and equipment.
2、氣動閥的拆卸步驟：

A、 拆卸氣缸：拆下鎖環(huán)，抬起并拆下氣缸，然后可以看到活塞、彈簧、位置指示器、閥桿等部件。

B、 拆除閥體：使用扳手將其夾在閥蓋根部，然后旋轉以拆除閥體，并查看閥體內部。

C、 拆卸密封件：拆卸閥體后，可以看到閥桿末端的密封件。擰下固定密封件的螺釘，拆卸密封件。
